with my first baby, she had constant reflux and spat up all the time, plus she deflated almost every morning (there were no tricks to stop the blisters, which had a negative impact on affected their nice sleeping habits). I hated swapping the sheets in her crib for regular sheets. I used the sheet layer method: mattress, mattress topper, sheet, waterproof liner, sheet, waterproof liner, sheet. It worked, but I still washed everything and changed the cot twice a week. I wanted something lighter for my second child and found this. The price was high but I used the gift card I received and my registration discount to buy these to cover expenses and they are AMAZING. Granted, this baby almost never burps or defats her diaper, so I didn't need her for the constant laundry changes, but I still LOVE her and highly recommend her to any family that I'm expecting. They are so easy to change! I still put waterproof padding under the top sheet so I don't have to fiddle with changing the mattress pad, but being able to unzip the old sheet and quickly zip up the new sheet is so incredibly easy and amazing. that I really LOVE changing his sheets! Now if only they could get a license from Disney and make some princess sheets, that would make me even happier (hint, hint!)
