So.once my husband and I were able to correct the tent to be "right side out", it took about 60 seconds for set up. I am thinking we got a returned unit that was improperly stowed? I am not sure, but we struggled to set it up and realized the outside canvas was on the inside of the tent and the sides pulled inward instead of outward! With a few flexible pole removals, we were able to flip the tent to correctly set it up. Then it was a matter of pulling the handles on each of the sides to pop them out, and the tent was up. (Can you imagine the owner of the storage unit watching us struggle on the CCTV at the facility? HAHA!)We set this up at our rented storage unit, so we never actually used it. We had just set it up to make sure it worked before we stashed the tent in our camper for summer use. It packs nicely considering the size of the tent when set up.
