I can't say anything about the durability as we only received it yesterday. My kids are really bad with bikes and scooters so I just expect to buy new grips every few months no matter how good they are. My daughter chose these because she loved the bright pink color. They work great with the 20" Specialized Hotrock. My 12 year old son installed them with an air compressor and it took maybe a few seconds on each side. Just stick the tip of the air compressor into the grip when you put it on. The Air will push in the opposite direction as you push the handle, but somehow it works very quickly and easily.
