Review on Gator Grip SG3102B15 Traction Anti-Slip Product by Narendra Thapa

Very similar to sticky sandpaper if that's what you're looking for. I bought this to mount my sliders on my car so I don't slip when stepping on them in the rain/mud. The glue stuck very well to the smooth painted surface and a year later I had no problems. It still sticks to my flip flops despite mud, pressure washing, the California sun and more. So the glue is great. The gripping surface is very sandy/rough and can peel off if you rub your skin heavily over it. But it bends like sandpaper. If it is used on a skateboard I think it will be good. If it's a custom application, make sure it's what you need.
