I've been using feel N learns to tutor my almost 3 year old daughter since she was 6 months old and so far she hasn't had a problem with diaper rash. I've recently transitioned from using diapers and pull-ups occasionally to using pull-ups regularly. only to finally realize that doing those particular pull-ups gave her a rash. I believe this is due to the lack of air circulation and because babies hold urine longer making it more concentrated when peeing (concentration = harmful) and therefore irritating the skin where the pad is holding it. Skin, she is unable to regularly point out to anyone that she has gone to the toilet. While the concept is good I would say they are good for occasional use but definitely not for 24/7 use.
