Review on Nelson Rigg UV 2000 Half Motorcycle Cover by Ryan Calabro

This is my second purchase of the UV-2000 cover. This is for my large cruiser (2002 1100cc Saber with windshield, panniers and touring backpack/trunk). The XL fits well with all luggage and trunk. No trunk big fits tight. The large one also fits my NightHawk 750cc touring bike with full front fairing, windshield, saddlebags, tail bag and small trunk. That. I've been using one on my touring bike for the last two years (3-5 days a week from March to November) to cover/protect my bike in my work parking lot. This cover sees rain, storms, scorching heat and the occasional bird drop and still looks like it has a good year or two left. It has never been blown or torn and keeps my seat cool and dry. Only the heaviest side-blowing rain gets under the cover! I wish it came with a compression bag, but I use the one that came with my Defender case (because I only use that case at home). The fanny pack that comes with this bag is nice to the touch and convenient for those who don't have saddlebags or space for their bag. You can just clip it to your waist (or sissy bar or bar risers - if you have the space) and you're gold! By the way, the case packs SMALL and fits easily in the side pocket of my tail bag and also easily fits in a roll-up bag (tool bag). If you want a cover to protect your seat and paint that can be fitted on your bike without worrying about a hot engine/pipes damaging it. it is COVERED to get! I ordered mine from Motorcycle Superstore and received free shipping via UPS the next day. You can't beat this level of service (although, to be honest, their shop is only 200 miles from me).
