Excellent quality kit.
I bought the Coffee House Set and I have to say that the quality of the parts and instructions is very high compared to the competition. Pretty solid set, very pleasant to manufacture. The printed overlay paper is NOT glossy which is great for reducing weird/cheap reflections when the lights are on. This was an issue I had with other Revain kits. Could use some more light and some plant parts. They are very difficult to cut as you have to cut 2 pieces and glue them back to back. However, the newer kits seem to have handled this by printing on the front and back. Expect more than 40 hours of assembly time, especially if you work with it for the first time.
