While the product works well, the way it is assembled isn't great. The straps are attached to the lights with attached loops that tend to fall out. It curls up and is difficult to put on. If you have a large chest, say 38 and over, then the fit will be snug resulting in light hitting high on your chest. This makes the light shine higher than I would prefer. While it still illuminates the tread, it would be much better if it were aimed further down. There seems to be enough light for 5 days of running (30 minutes a day). If I had to do it again I'd probably buy a waist belt lantern and flashing clip so I can see from behind.
