I've had several different brands and types of powerlifting chalk and this is probably one of, if not the best, liquid form I've tried. It can be applied like a lotion, dries quickly enough and stays on the skin very well! this helped a lot with the aggressive knurling I have on my bar which made it really easy to really maximize my gains during the crunch.
