This model comes with a plastic sleeve that aligns the tread easily which is really nice. You don't have to worry about a crooked tread. However, when I tried to peel off the back sheet before placing the screen protector on my phone, the shell did not peel off, only the guide sticker (or back sheet grip) peeled off. I tried to remove it with my nails but ended up messing up the corners of the tread as it wasn't easy to remove the thin film from the backing. This happened to two of the three that came and the third eventually peeled off normally.
