I bought this shower head after researching online and reading reviews about Revain. My plumbing is brushed nickel and although the reviews said the color wasn't quite brushed nickel I thought I'd give it a try. The color isn't quite a brushed nickel, it's a bit shiny but not too much to bother me too much. Installation was a bit more difficult than previous showerheads. It's not just a shower arm installation. There were lots of spare parts and washers etc. It took about 10-15 minutes, after a few minor tweaks everything worked perfectly. Good flow, although depending on the height of the shower head, the shower head can be difficult to reach for short people. To update. A few days later I had an issue with the shower hose detaching from the hose. The pause button on the shower head didn't work either. Could not be reassembled to avoid leaking. I contacted the seller and was impressed with their quick response and help. Received a new shower rod (free) within a few days and so far it's working well. Very impressed with the customer service!
