Review on Stonepoint Emergency LED Road Flare by Curtis Richardson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Revain has the best for my use.

I bought other LED road warning lights and some cars have them. I needed a different set so decided to give it a try based on the information provided. This is clearly a different design. I decided to try something different. I received them and found that they have two settings, blinking or solid, unlike others that have multiple LED chips on the disk that blink in multiple patterns. And there is only one LED lamp. Viewed from the side, as if the light were "naked" on the sidewalk behind the stalled car. On top of the device is a prismatic reflector (very similar to a taillight) that increases the width of the light. However, the device must be mounted on the back of a trunk or tailgate for this effect to be used. I've tried to show this through a photo: the light on the left is with the device on the floor. the wider beam on the right shows the block with its top. But I would use them on the ground to warn oncoming traffic of a stationary car, I wouldn't install all three in one place on the car. So they emit light, they have little magnets that attach to metal, and they have two flash circuits. I prefer the ones that mimic the flashing light that many other brands sell. My personal preference.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • Minor problems
