Review on SQQUID by Joe Gosa

The ability to send emails, text message reminders etc is very useful for our business! I am not really sure what else we would like but if they can just continue improving it this will surely be great in no time!! Not much as far i know about their products because of my experience with them so maybe there are better ones out now which you should check instead? We use quid mainly when sending reminder messages via email or sms/text messaging at different times during weekdays (we have customers who work from home). I love how easy it is to set up in our stores as well as integrate with other systems we use for fulfillment/order management, inventory control etc., It's so customizable! The customer support team are very helpful when you do have questions or problems that aren't covered by their FAQ page (which can be hard to find sometimes). We've been able to automate some of our processes which has helped streamline many areas within our business.
