Great product, just work fast! Personally having used many different brands the value of protecting your teeth from grinding etc is of great importance as they will shrink if you put them in hot water so for me it was best to use them directly to use from the packaging. see if it works for you. They perfectly pass the entire distance between the teeth from front to back!
