The product actually deserves less than one star. The number of negative reviews with similar complaints (weak frame construction and poor packaging) shows that the seller is aware of the issue but is not paying it the attention it deserves. Hence my one asterisk and my lengthy tirade/reason. My order arrived in a thin cardboard box with nothing other than the box itself to support or protect the frames inside. These are foam-filled plastic frames that resemble lightweight balsa wood in strength and stiffness. This effectively guarantees that a significant percentage of shipments will be damaged. My frames arrived damaged like others, with numerous cracks in the plastic sides of both frames. This is annoying because the wasted time already makes any further effort like repacking/returns wasteful and useless. Add to that the time spent salvaging the frames by gluing the pieces together — a messy affair that ended up in the trash along with a chance for a refund. And that annoys me too. JMB
