Review on Powerful and Reliable Air King 9020 1/6 HP Industrial Grade Wall Mount Fan - 20-Inch, Black by Anita Barlow

This fan (Air King 9020) was purchased in October 2014 for a 12x24 stall for spring/summer/fall bug protection. The airflow really helps keep blood sucking mosquitoes and other insects away from our horse with the added benefit of cooling. The outside temperature has been around 100 degrees for almost two weeks and the fan runs 24 hours a day. When hands are placed on the closed motor housing, it only feels warm and not hot. The fan can be tilted up and down or rotated to the right or left, allowing the airflow to be directed in the most suitable direction for our horse. When holding the position. The fan has three speed settings and we use the lowest and medium settings. These settings work well by balancing airflow against noise. The fan motor is quiet, but the airflow is so loud that you may not hear someone outside the cabin talking to you when the fan is running. (We can run it at high speed for a while to see how much it heats up, if it heats up at all). We will be getting a few other Air King models for smaller boxes so our other horses can benefit from the air movement as well. We are very happy with this fan.
