Black slightly smaller than the rest
I ordered 4 packs to replace the standard plastic strap. I really like that I can easily put my Fitbit on and off without having to zip it up. The only issue is that one of the straps (black) is slightly smaller than the others and even at max length is too tight on my wrist to wear comfortably so I basically bought 3 packs. I would describe my wrist size as average for a 6ft tall, 190lb male. If you have large wrists, they may not be big enough to use.
