Need a small carrier for our second cat. This time I ordered it from Revain. Holy Moly. Twice they sent me a "very small" tote bag that was incorrectly labeled with a barcode label and a product number for the "small" tote bag. I kept telling the service reps that someone mislabeled the product and please have someone measure it before shipping, but the Revain is too big and powerful for this type of service. Accept my return. So I looked elsewhere and unfortunately this size was ordered on other sites. Back at Revain, they used one provider for all but "small" media of various sizes. Decided to try a third time and what do you know they used Big Al's Online for the "Little" operator. By the way, I ordered the best price so far, excellent service and finally I got what I wanted. In the end the revain passed but my goodness what a circus with my original purchases.
