correct part, works fine, that's not the problem.

Can't say anything negative about this product. This is exactly for the 2002 Chevy S10. Installing this product is one of the easiest tasks you can perform on this vehicle. There are very few projects I have done on this 20 year old truck that have had no problems. What I want to say to anyone who thinks about this is that I thought there might have been an issue with the fan resistance because I didn't have "level 4" after installing a new fan motor. I checked the fuses for the HVAC fan in the truck and everything is fine. After installing this block I still didn't have "4". It turns out that there is an extra HVAC fan fuse (a larger 30A fuse) under the hood that is responsible for the top level fan control. Fuse was defective, was replaced, everything repaired. I will keep the product because the unit I replaced may be the 2002 original and the gasket and resistors are new giving me peace of mind. So remember there are 2 fuses in the car and 1 under the hood to control the HVAC fan.
