Too small. I ordered one small, three regular sizes for my 5 lb chihuahua. I also went by their usual standards. I don't know, I measured. From the seam of the hood 7 cm. The distance from the center of the hood is 9 inches. There were 14 inches around her chest. I will be back for a larger size because it is absolutely adorable and super soft.
