I read many reviews before purchasing and these headphones, being new, had few when I decided to bite the bullet. I have other jlab headphones and have liked the value for money but this one is very different. Headphones are comfortable, light, work very well. The range is good, the operation is intuitive and the charger is quite small/handy. I liked the charging cable (although it's placed a little oddly) and the functionality. Loud enough, there are three different equalizer settings. I prefer the original "signature" but still play with different genres of music. For $50 they are phenomenal. ##EDIT: A few MONTHS later (February 2019) they never run out of battery while charging in the case, and it's easy to tell when the case needs to be charged, so you're never caught dead headphones by surprise. I charge once a week, sometimes twice. While I have several other BT headphones, these are the ones I use every day for short periods (e.g. on the go, at lunch, to the gym). The bells are ok, but only work on the right side (as instructed in the instructions). The touch controls are simple and useful, and contrary to my fears, it never crashes. They're more comfortable without the silicone strap - I only wear them for running/exercising because they loosen up on impact (e.g. skipping rope). Reliable purchase for the price.
