The product worked perfectly until the end of the return period. I swear on day 31 this thing just died. It stayed in the car, plugged into the mains, for the whole month I was using it. It wasn't twisted, tangled or damaged. One day it just stopped working. ATTENTION: THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL. I am trying to track it down online to see if they will replace me or refund my money.
