Just in time for the holiday season, a beautifully decorated gold rimmed porcelain dish. I have a large oval that I sometimes use for turkey, but my special slow-cooked red ham that I serve in a slow cooker rather than using a plain plate. It's also perfect for large cheese balls with plenty of room to surround them with crackers. Listen to the edges and tap them with a butter knife and you'll hear the sound of beautifully crafted china. The cardinal pattern is detailed and has a nice holiday theme, but not so much that it can't be used for more general dinner occasions. Calling it round might be a little misleading, it's more of a square shape with slightly rounded edges and small pointed tips. It has a nice indentation in the middle when using it for meat in a juicer or for storing vegetable juice or gravy. Porcelain has a beautiful smooth glaze and even luster and should sit in my office with other quality items. If you really want to use this on a turkey, this actually holds up to 12 pounds of chicken. Recommended for any holiday or table for all occasions, but remember that when purchasing a piece you will need the right oil, tea, gravy boat, etc.
