We tried grilling pizza this year but had logistical problems lifting multiple pizzas and transporting them to and from the grill. We bought them to make the process easier and they worked great. Now, on pizza night, we spread flattened dough onto these sieves for the final rise. When the time comes, we take turns adding our favorite toppings and placing them on the stone. Everyone gets an individual size pizza that comes out perfectly cooked! Cleaning is pretty easy, but you have to be careful not to cut or cut yourself. The rims are quite brittle, so be careful when bending.
