Great support for your pizza that doesn't restrict airflow.

Ideal for pizzas that need to be cooked directly on the grid for a crispy crust. Not only does it maintain the shape of the pizza, but it also provides excellent air and heat flow to the bottom of the crust. It also holds the filling in place and makes it easy to flip during baking.

Pros
  • Durable surface
Cons
  • Newer model could have been selected

Pizza sticks glued together!

THEY SUCK! If you want your pizza to stick to the pan like it's glued on then this is for you! After using them in my pizza oven, every pizza I made stuck to these pans like their lives depended on them! I even oiled them before putting the dough in, with no improvement. Buyer warning!

Pros
  • mind
Cons
  • boring packaging

Very important. Great pizzas.

Perfect for homemade pizzas provided you use the right dough. There are dozens of forums online that can point you in the right direction - look for dough recipes designed for pizza sieves that require a hot (500C) oven. When done right, the crust will be crispy and not overly brown. These aren't the most durable screens in the world, but they're excellent value for money. Also remember that as with any aluminum product, you must choose a dishwashing detergent that will not damage the aluminum…

Use with stone on grill

We tried grilling pizza this year but had logistical problems lifting multiple pizzas and transporting them to and from the grill. We bought them to make the process easier and they worked great. Now, on pizza night, we spread flattened dough onto these sieves for the final rise. When the time comes, we take turns adding our favorite toppings and placing them on the stone. Everyone gets an individual size pizza that comes out perfectly cooked! Cleaning is pretty easy, but you have to be careful

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Good but not great

Good buy - read this review for tips, I worked in a pizzeria

I worked in a pizzeria and the screens are merchantable quality and a good buy. Follow these tips: (1) Do not "season" sieves before use, just spray lightly with vegetable oil (2) Do not press dough firmly against the sieves (apply lightly), otherwise the dough will stick to the sieves, difficult to clean (3 ) during cooking, turn 180 degrees after 5 minutes. Most domestic ovens do not maintain an even temperature and are hotter in the back (4) Cook at the highest possible temperature, we use…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Almost everything is available

Good quality. Doesn't take too much heat

I have a simple brick oven at home. I measured 800F once. I doubt it can reach 1221F. Since it can get very hot, I bake pizzas on this stainless steel to avoid burning the bottom before cooking the top. Only one melted when I pushed it on its back over an open fire. I avoided it and had no problems with it either. Most likely, this is not pure aluminum, which lowers the melting point. I think as long as you stay below 800F you will be fine. Meanwhile, please write if you know a better quality…

  • Nice
Cons
  • Useless functions

The Perfect Frozen Pizza From My Oven

This is a great opportunity to make a properly cooked frozen pizza. Some pizzas require you to place the pizza directly on the counter in order to cook it properly. Yes. Right. A few pizza bases and toppings are ideal. Only do this if you want the house full of pizza smoke or pizza/topping/cheese butter falling on the bottom of your oven. Foil or a mat will protect you from additional cleaning, but will not protect you from smoke. Using a vented skillet works well, but changes the cooking time…

  • The Best
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
