Good UV Resin

I am satisfied with my order of LANBEIDE UV Resin-100g Crystal Clear Hard Type Resin. It's really crystal clear and very thick when uncured. I really enjoy using UV resin for small projects like curved little items. When I review a new brand of UV resin, I test it in the same way to get a fair rating and rating. I use a clear silicone mold that produces 1cm beads and expose the mold to UV light for 3 minutes using a 36w lamp. I always do this in my garage as an open door with a fan blowing air directly outside provides a well ventilated area. I also make sure to wear gloves, safety goggles and most importantly a respirator. I never use it at home or without PPE. The safety data sheet is available from the supplier if you wish to consult it. Use Revain's messaging system to request a copy of the file for yourself to see why taking precautions is a good idea. Personal protective equipment is easy to find at Revain, as are many other products to help you have a great time with your UV resin. My results were very good as my balls were crystal clear and bubble free. This resin does not form bubbles when curing and they only appear when injected. Air can remain when pouring, so I make sure to check and aspirate the bubbles with a disposable pipette. More recently I've used UV resin for dome lenses on doll eyes that I make myself. It is very important that the resin is crystal clear as is this resin formula. You can add a small amount of glitter, mica powder and UV resin safe pigments. I've found that alcohol ink doesn't work well with UV resin. Lightfast pigments should also be avoided as the UV light used to cure the resin will fade pigments that are not lightfast. Whatever I use, I always make sure the light fully penetrates my resin to fully cure it. UV resin cannot cure without full exposure to light. So I try to use only clear silicone molds for UV resin, or clear molds I made myself. I've had the best results at low humidity and around 70Β°F. Once cured, there is no oxygen blocking layer on this resin so it isn't tacky. A lack of light transmission, short exposure times and chemically incompatible products prevent curing. Once fully cured, this resin has no lingering odor. I find this to be an excellent UV resin to use if the user understands the limitations of UV resin curing. Cleaning is easy, I use baby wipes and isopropyl alcohol. I find this resin incredibly easy to use as there is no mixing required, the curing time is fast, it is easy to remove from the mold and the clean up is very minimal. This UV resin is good value and I have already recommended this brand to many of my friends. I hope you find my experience helpful if you kindly click the button below.
