Use it A LOT for slicing up hard boiled eggs for sandwiches - an easy and inexpensive way to add lots of protein and flavor. Use the finger teeth to cut the lettuce into wedges. Adding eggs and nuts to a salad increases protein and flavor. I usually just wash my egg slicer in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry, but sometimes I put it in the dishwasher. Either way, it's easy.
