You sound silly to me, but I needed a helmet that would give me a full field of vision without my protection falling off my head. Anyone who wears hard hats will tell you that you'll probably reverse it at some point. With this helmet, that's not necessary and I tend to forget I'm wearing it. It's comfortable and I don't sweat like other helmets do. The reason for this is the straps on both sides of the PPE. Looking at those vents, you wouldn't think they would cool your head that much, but I was wrong. I never had to wipe my forehead, neck or face because it was soaked with sweat. If you get this PPE make sure you get the visor, it's 100% worth it. I wish I had bought the Smokey visor but I'm happy with the clear one I have. The only time the visor fogged up was when I accidentally pulled it under my nostrils. This PPE is so regulated I literally forget I'm wearing it. I've said this before, but I can't stress it enough. You know you have good equipment that will protect you and function properly when you can get the job done, and PPE isn't your purpose in existence, it's just work. .
