At this point I would say it has changed my life by saving me time. I had a headset and it was good but picked up a lot of background noise. Every time a staff member spoke behind me or one of the kids at home, they picked up different words or didn't hear them at all. It started out slow to dictate at first, but I googled the user manual (because it doesn't have a manual, which is fine) and it was very easy to toggle a few buttons with options that changed that and kept it accurate. I find it 98% accurate and words it doesn't know just add and teach vocabulary and after that it works perfectly. Programming keys that I had no intention of using is important. It only took me 5-10 minutes to figure it out (with an online manual) and open the text box (sometimes faster for me to type the kite box and transfer than in EMR), paste, transfer, diagrams to change, so much faster. I use it with Dragon Nuance Medical Practice Edition. I work in an intensive IM practice and value my time at home with my family, which will save me a lot of time at the practice and for my family. DO NOT BE SHY! I've attached a picture of how I programmed my buttons (this is a picture of my computer screen while programming).
