I've eaten protein two different ways to build mass. The first is protein powder and milk in a shaker. The second is to mix it with oats, peanut butter, milk, banana, berries and spinach. When I tried this milk-only shaker protein powder, I had a hard time drinking it. The taste is quite salty and my taste buds rejected it. When I mix it with other ingredients, it doesn't taste that bad. I really think this is a high quality protein powder with very few ingredients. However, if you hate it for the taste, you can stick with what you like. The first thing to look for in a protein powder is what you think tastes good, as you will be tasting it a lot. Overall I don't think I would buy this particular flavor again (salted caramel) but I would try a different flavor from this brand.
