Pluses: the clarity is excellent and with a speakerphone, your interlocutor is not informed because there is no echo. like other phones. I like the size and weight as well as the choice of music for ringtones. I received a model with an extra hose and it's nice. You can ring another phone to alert the person outside that they have a call instead of yelling out the window! I like the answering machine. but . the voice says "thanks for the call" after the call has ended and the caller has already hung up. what to do with it Cons: The keyboard doesn't have a backlight, so it's difficult to make calls in the dark if you don't remember the keyboard. The wall adapter is a joke. It broke when I tried to hang up the phone. I called Panasonic and they just wanted to replace it with 1.89. BUT . with delivery was 7.00 and delivery. This is ridiculous as the adapter is cheap plastic. I faxed the purchase confirmation and they agreed to send it for free. BUT . Item re-ordered. I WONDER WHY! I believe everyone who bought this had the same "hanger" problem. Still, I rate this product a 4 because I would buy it again. You really need to add a backlit keyboard though. Even the cheapest cell phones offer this feature.
