Disappointing: Chef's Knife

Massively produced thick stainless steel blades. Not handmade. The shell is very thin, the material it is made of can be 1/16 inch thick. The same thickness as a penny. Once again, mass production has stopped. Very disappointed, thought they were a little better than they were. Don't think they have any advantage at all. The blade is very thick, but the edge is very thin and can break off. The cutting edge is not hardened. Definitely not recommended as a hunting/survival knife as advertised. Can work in the kitchen for about a month to cut something soft like cheese. Overall very disappointed
