The IAP-325 has all the bells and whistles you'd expect from an enterprise-class access point and more, but I overlooked that the power adapter isn't included, and while it works with POE, you only get it with full functionality is used with a power supply or it is an 802.3at source. Be sure to consider the cost of an AC adapter or compatible injector when making your decision. I'm using a Cisco SG300-28P to power mine and the 5GHz radio seems to be on. From the manual: Power ports E0 and E1 support PoE-in, which allows a port to be powered via 802.3at (recommended) or 802.3. source af. When both PoE and DC power are available, the access point uses DC power by default. DC adapter kit (sold separately). Power Modes The 320 Series can operate in two power modes. The modes are not configurable and are determined by the access point depending on the available power. The 320 Series Wireless Access Points will function fully when powered by DC power or 802.3AT PoE. When powered by 802.3af PoE, the following limitations apply: * Second Ethernet port disabled * USB interface disabled * 2.4 GHz in 1x1 mode PSU: https://amzn.com/B0150O91B4
