Review on 🔊 Sonos One SL - Mic-Free Smart Speaker in White by Luis Despain

Sound is not a problem here as everyone already knows, 5 stars every time. No, this review is about a flaw in the speaker mount design, a big disappointment for a very loyal customer. I've invested in a full Sonos system over the past few years, you can't walk into a room that isn't Sonos equipped. When I received my new SL pre-installed with the wall mount that Revain ordered, you can imagine my disappointment to find that while this product looks exactly like the Play 1 design, the newer version does not have a threaded mount. SERIOUS? Waste of time, waste of money. That's all I needed to know for now as I'm tired of these companies going from awesome to "how can we get consumers to spend more on accessories" by changing designs ONLY to get the consumer to do it to buy too expensive mounts, which as i see it, the mount is taped in place? What a joke, really, Sonos Band? Having ditched Sonos in the future, this move was my first and last sign that the company was about to trade reputation, quality/aesthetics for dollars. Too bad.
