I've had a piercing for over a year and it still hasn't fully healed. I had the same excellent quality stainless steel bars that I was pierced with. I switched to them and my piercing healed almost immediately. They stop peeing and are not infected. So I would recommend if your piercing won't heal or keeps getting infected. Also, I got this bump next to my piercing. As soon as I switched to those bars, they disappeared and haven't shown since.
