I have had a watch for about a month. I still haven't learned how to use all the features. There are no instructions either. I love that it can measure my blood pressure! Heart rate and oxygen levels are also useful features. It took forever to learn how to unplug the wristband from the USB. Changing groups was also difficult. My husband showed me a trick to take it off sideways. Also, the group and I are still learning what is comfortable. This is the type of buckle that was disappointing but I'm getting used to it.
