Review on 🐻 Bearpaw Moc II Sheepskin Slipper Men's Shoes: Upgraded Loafers & Slip-Ons by Sean Sitton

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Fit is a challenge - loafers and slippers

Just received a pair of Bear Paw moccasins. My 4 star rating is mostly based on the fit and finish look. I will update this review later if the quality is not as good as expected. At first glance, these loafers look well made. There is clearly a left shoe and a right shoe, and there is no canting of the upper relative to the sole. The seams look tight. The soles are designed for heavy use and are only suitable for outdoor use to a limited extent, which is why I chose this special design. The upper is made of smooth leather, not suede; I went with this finish hoping it would be less likely to pick up stains. The time will show. The fur lining keeps my feet warm. This is one of the problems of buying online. I bought size 10. (According to Revain's shoe sizing algorithm, I should order 10 M.) This moccasin is only medium wide; wide or very wide is not available. Other things being equal, I usually go for 10W or 10.5M. I wasn't offered those options in this moc style, and didn't notice the options offered in other Bear Paw styles. I think the left boot fits pretty well. Right no. On the right side there is tightness in the toes and a loose heel. I can't say if this is a production error. I have trouble finding shoes that fit me, especially on my right foot. I'm hoping that the leather on the right shoe will stretch a bit over time and get better (more comfortable) in size. April 01, 2019: I'm leaving the 4-star rating unchanged as I believe this is less a problem with Bear Paw and more an issue with the Revain algorithm for determining the correct shoe size. I found that the right shoe still didn't adjust to my foot. I also have a problem with my left now; My toes are tighter than I thought. As a result, a blister of blood appeared on a toe of the left foot under the nail. It doesn't matter much and eventually the damaged nail will grow back. However, this underscores the difficulty of finding the right shoes when shopping for shoes online, especially when half sizes or wide widths are not offered. thought it could. So they are still stuck on the right leg. I recently bought another pair of Bear Paw Moc II slippers in a size 11. I was disappointed that they were too loose, especially at the heel. Both the left and right slippers tended to slip off as I walked around the house. As a result, I had to return them on credit. (By the way, I had no problems with the return, everything went smoothly.)

Pros
  • DURABLE INDOOR OUTSOLE: BEARPAW Moc II's durable molded TPR outsole with classic cup makes these men's slippers ideal for indoor use.
Cons
