This manual breast pump works well. One of the positive features is the full silicone flange with a "flower" pattern. It is very convenient to use. The instructions are not very good, but the pictures are clear. If you are familiar with breast pumps in general, you can quickly figure out how to assemble them. It can only be connected to the supplied bottle because it is very wide. This pump also has many more parts to clean than other hand pumps, which is the worst part of pumping. The top flange is also one-piece, so the pump bra is not easy to put on, and because of its size, it is difficult to put it in a microwave disinfection bag. This breast pump does a good job of expressing milk, but overall I wouldn't recommend it over big brand names with similar prices.
