Review on Zojirushi SH RA19 TA Stainless Steel Brown by Rick Rogers

Overall, I like this carafe and am happy with my purchase. Pros: Keeps hot drinks warm. I didn't stress test it, but I left the coffee in it for a few hours and still got back to it pretty hot. I like the look (although it can evoke a bit of a "small town diner" vibe). Cons: Cleaning is a pain. There are many small parts on the lid that have to be dismantled for thorough cleaning. There are clear disassembly instructions and it's fairly easy, but for something I use on a daily basis there are a lot of steps to follow. To pour the last few inches, you have to turn the carafe all the way upside down, and even then, not quite all of the liquid comes out. If there is a way to completely empty the carafe without removing the lid, I haven't found it.
