The support team is great! They are always quick to respond when we have any questions or issues that arise during our testing process for new products they're building out at their platform layer (chainlink). Their documentation could be better though as I think some of what has been documented in past versions was not accurate anymore - which made me wonder if something had changed recently? We've started using chainlinks API's within one product internally but also plan to use them more widely across other projects/products so will need to continue working closely together moving forward.
