I like that it is easy to navigate through the application process. It has multiple ways of searching which makes it easier than some other services out there. There are times when it doesn't recognize certain words or names so be prepared to do research outside of what's provided in their database. The support team at Trademark Engine is also very helpful and knowledgeable about trademarks. They work with us as partners instead of just being another vendor. We have been able to find new clients by using this tool.
