I love this product. I train three times a week and have tried various pre-workout brands in the past. It just keeps my heart from jumping out of my chest. It gives me the energy I need for a few hours. I could be in the gym for 2 hours or more and not even notice it. The durability of this product is amazing. I started with one scoop but gradually reduced to half a scoop and it works for me. That's all I need to have energy. I take it 30 minutes before training. love this product!
