Review on LADIBUGS by Chad Aguirre

Recently, I had an awful time with the LADIBUGS website. Several pieces of the first aid package I ordered were missing when it came. I called customer support and spoke with an unhelpful agent who didn't appear to care about finding a solution to my problem. I have tried to contact them several times but have yet to obtain a response or a reimbursement for the missing products. Because of my dissatisfaction with LADIBUGS's lack of concern for its consumers, I cannot recommend the company to anyone.
