I have very bleached hair and use quality products to condition it. I also use keratin treatments and thought it would be a good addition to keep the blonde blonde and light as it has an icy color to it. I leave it on for at least 30-45 minutes and it leaves my hair very soft and silky, but I don't think it really matters about the color. But if you want something to really soften your hair this is a good option, but I just have a feeling there are cheaper options out there for that.
