Review on The WaterCooler by Mark Greenwood

I love that it is so easy to use, without having any technical knowledge or skills! It's like your own personal assistant in my opinion - you can't go wrong with this service if they're using their API correctly (which makes sense).

There are some minor issues here & there but nothing too major as of yet. My team has been able solve most problems by just reaching out for help via chat/email wtihout me needing to make an appointment at our local support desk which was great because we were always running late haha :).
