My aunt is an Obstetrician Gynecologist and highly recommended her to me because the swelling was so bad during my first pregnancy and now my second pregnancy. I have swelling in my feet, ankles, shins, knees and hips and I wish I had ordered them sooner. I am 32 weeks pregnant, work full time, walk 25-30 minutes 4 times a week and wear these stockings from 6:30am to 8pm. As soon as I put the baby to bed, I take them off (which is a lot easier than putting them on). I have no swelling or pain in my feet, ankles or legs and I can walk around without flinching in pain at the end of the night. To correct them after putting them on I have to rub my knuckles. Putting them on is the most difficult and uncomfortable part of these stockings, but it's worth it.
