I would like to start by saying my product was blocked and the master code was changed so I actually couldn't use it , to which I returned the Bought the Vaultek Escape Pod. I contacted vaultek and was told to return it and send a new one, but after waiting for this one for over a week I didn't want to wait any longer. With a little fiddling with the key mechanism I was able to open my box, it took me an hour to feel comfortable, but the ability to pick this lock can be disabled in the pod, so don't worry I found the key inside. from a locked vault so I'm very happy with the fact that it's not easy to open. If you buy it, be sure to register it with Vaultek as well and go to the program button screen.
