The mount has two screws that can be loosened and tightened to align the TV properly once it is mounted on the mount. When I got to the point of installation (it's one of the very last things you do) it turned out that none of the holes were properly cut for any of the screws that had to be used. If it was just one of the holes/screws I'd say it's just a defect in one device but since none of the screws fit in either hole this looks like a manufacturing issue/defect to me. After spending (too much) time thinking I screwed it up myself, I decided to take the mounting plate and screws to our local hardware store. Keep in mind that this is a required step for the mount to work properly. If you can't tighten the screws, the TV just moves freely. The gentlemen from the hardware store then recut the holes for me on site, which worked really well and I was able to finish the job (thank goodness for small city hardware stores!). I will say that for the price it seems a lot. durable and the freedom of movement is very good. But considering it went from a simple half hour project to a two hour project with travel time, I just can't give this product a great review. Ignoring this seems like something that should be avoided on the production line.
