This EPOS B20 streaming microphone has a solid build quality that skips the "game gear" look that many peripherals have been adopting lately, resulting in a very stylish microphone leads also works very well. But there were a few issues that aren't critical but made me reconsider if this is value for money. Build quality is excellent, the mic feels and looks premium with a significant weight. I really appreciated the versatility of being able to mount it on an arrow if you have one and if you don't it comes with a very nice stand. Another feature I liked is the ability to switch modes depending on how I'm using it at any given time. I also thought the decision to include a headphone jack was another smart switch. EPOS now offers software that gives you the ability to tweak your settings to your liking, and I've had positive experiences with that, but if you ever want to use this on anything other than a Windows device, you won't have to have will have the same support. This shouldn't be a big deal for most people as it works very well on macOS and once worked on a Chromebook. Speech clarity is another aspect where this microphone excels and impresses. In fact I would say that one of the best things about this mic is how well it performs as a mic, it performs as well as some of the much more expensive mics I've tested. Overall I think it was a strong first try and a very high quality mic that performs some of the best and picks up my voice clearly and cleanly. 4/5 stars.
