Works well on 2006 F15. I was able to lower the spare and then lift it back into place. Two connected straight bars were used. The smaller square end on the bar is perfect for the spare tire winch, simply use the (adjustable/sickle) wrench on the large square end to rotate the bar. The wrench fits the lugs perfectly and the hook on the end allows you to remove the wheel's center cap. No comparison to the original, my used truck came without a jack and kit.
